Client: NYC Health + Hospital Corporation, a OneCity Health (OCH) PPS partner.
Problem: With the requirement for ensuring compliance every year, NYC Health + Hospital, a partner organization of OCH utilizing the Learning Management System (LMS), needed to facilitate 70,000+ certifications in a short amount of time. Leveraging their native employee management platform was becoming incapable of providing such a large-scale training on time and without headache.
Solution: A custom-built LMS was identified as an overflow or complementary solution. Our team quickly enhanced the OCH LMS to be able to deliver and provide an excellent experience for NYC H+H employees when re-certifying their compliance. Our team also advised and helped OCH and NYC H+H with an effective outreach strategy to employees and saw an ahead-of-schedule completion of compliance re-certification where employees could even complete the trainings directly from their phones. Additionally, front-line end-user support was provided to ensure that employees received immediate assistance.
Because of this quick work-around solution, tremendous value was provided to NYC H+H who were able to train thousands of employees and regain clinical access ahead of schedule.
